Sub: Engagement of Guest Faculty in Mathematics &
Physics at Government Polytechnic Jammu.
ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE
Applications are invited on prescribed format from the
eligible candidates who are domicile of J&K UT, for
engagement as Guest Faculty for the only one academic session Nov-Dec 2023 for conduct of zero classes in
Mathematics and Physics subject for academically weak
students from time to time with maximum of 20 to 25
hours per session @ remuneration of Rs 500 per Hour to
be paid by Board as per norms for the below mentioned
discipline:

1. Mathematics Master in Mathematics from a
   recognized university
2. Physics Master in Physics from a
   recognized university
   The Application as per format (available on www.govtpolytechnicjammu.edu.in) accompanied with self-attested copies of
   the following documents must reach the office of the undersigned by or before 28.10.2023 (upto 04:00 PM) and no
   Application shall be entertained after the said date and time in
   any case:-
3. Academic/ Technical Qualification. (Certificate/ Mark sheets)
4. Domicile Certificate.
5. D.O.B. Certificate.
6. Experience certificate, if any.
   Terms and Conditions:-
7. The engagement shall be purely on need basis for academic session Nov-Dec 2023 only.
8. The selected candidates shall have to submit the undertaking/ affidavit from 1st Class Magistrate before joining clearly indicating that he/ she has not be claim for
   continuation/regularization/extension for his/her services
   after the completion of said session & shall follow all rules
   and regulations of the institution.
9. Selection shall be made purely on merit basis by following;
   80 Points be kept for basic eligibility qualification (pro-rata
   basis), 05 points for Higher qualification, 05 points for
   GATE/NET/SET, 05 points for Teaching Experience
   (Polytechnic Diploma Level or Higher Level)-pro-rata basis
   (01 points for each academic year), 05 points for Interaction
   with the concerned candidates.
10. The remuneration for the guest faculty shall be Rs. 500/- per
    hour to be paid by JKBOTE as per their norms.
