Eligibility Criteria
Research Associate (RA) – Physics:
Ph.D. in Physics or equivalent degree
OR
Three years of research, teaching or design & development experience after M.Sc. in Physics with at least one research paper in SCI journal
JRF – Chemistry:
M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Chemistry with First Division
Must be qualified in CSIR-UGC NET / GATE / JEST
JRF – Physics:
M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Physics with First Division
Must be qualified in CSIR-UGC NET / GATE / JEST
JRF – Electronics & Communication:
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication with First Division and NET/GATE qualification
OR
M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication with First Division at both graduate and post-graduate level
Fellowship Emoluments
Research Associate (RA): ₹67,000 per month + HRA & medical facilities
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): ₹37,000 per month + HRA & medical facilities
Duration: 02 Years (JRF may be extended and upgraded to SRF as per rules)
Age Limit
Research Associate: Maximum 35 years
Junior Research Fellow: Maximum 28 years
Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/PH and 3 years for OBC candidates as per Government rules
