Position Available:

1. Executive Manager (EM) – 1 Position
2. Managing Directors (MDs) – 2 Positions (1 for Jammu CCB and 1 for Baramulla CCB)

Contract Duration:

• Initial tenure of 3 years, extendable based on satisfactory performance, with approval from the Board of Directors (BOD) and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Age:
• Minimum 35 years and maximum 62 years at the time of application.
• Preferred age at appointment: Not above 55 years.
• Educational Qualifications:
• Graduate with CAIIB/DBF/Diploma in Cooperative Management or equivalent qualification.
• Accountancy (Chartered/Cost Accountant).
• Agriculture (Graduate/Post-Graduate in Agriculture).
• Finance/Economics/Business Administration (CFA/Post-Graduate in Economics/MBA).
• Law (Graduate/Post-Graduate in Law).
• Engineering (B.E. or equivalent).
• Experience:
• A minimum of 8 years of work experience in the middle/senior level in the banking sector.
• Preference given to applicants from RBI, NABARD, Regional Rural Banks, and RCBs as defined under The BR Act 1949 (AACS).
• Candidates from Scheduled Commercial Banks are also eligible.
• Additional experience in digital banking, payment ecosystems, Core banking solutions, and cybersecurity will be highly valued.

Additional Notes:

• The selected candidate must resign/retire from current employment before joining.
• Must join within 15 days of appointment (subject to RBI approval), with an extendable period of 15 days.
• The HR Committee will screen applications, and shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with the Board of Directors.
