The Council for Insurance Ombudsmen invites applications for Insurance Ombudsman positions at 8 locations: Ahmedabad, Bhubaneshwar, Delhi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Noida, Patna, and Pune.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 55–65 years as of 07-03-2025.
- Professional Experience (Any ONE):
- Government Service: Former Joint Secretary (or equivalent) in Central Govt./All India Services.
- Insurance Sector: 25+ years in the insurance industry, with experience at one level below Board Director.
Key Details
- Term: 3 years or until age 68 (whichever is earlier).
- Remuneration: As per Insurance Ombudsman Rules, 2017.
