Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a two-year full-time Postgraduate Degree (MA) in Hindi or English from a recognized University/College/Institute with the following criteria:

For MA in Hindi, English must be a compulsory subject or the medium of examination at the degree level.

For MA in English, Hindi must be a compulsory subject or the medium of examination at the degree level.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Hindi typing with computer skills is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities

Implementation of Government of India’s directives on Official Language.

Translation of documents from Hindi to English and vice versa.

Preparation of bilingual official communications in Hindi and English.

Compilation of Quarterly and Yearly Official Language reports for ministries.

Coordination of Hindi training programs, workshops, and seminars.

Coordination for printing Annual Reports in Hindi.

Age Limit

Maximum Age: 27 years (as on the application closing date). Age relaxations apply as per government rules.

Terms of Engagement

The position is on a Fixed Tenure Contract Basis for a total period of four years. Initially, the contract will be for one year and will be extended further for three more years based on performance, conduct, and business requirements.

Candidates failing to meet the eligibility criteria or unable to provide the required documents at the time of the interview will be disqualified.
