Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Full-time B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering with First Class
Degree must be obtained from an AICTE approved institution or a recognized University
Discipline or specialization mentioned in degree certificate must exactly match the discipline prescribed in the advertisement
Candidates with mismatch in discipline will not be considered
Candidates with CGPA or credit system must provide official conversion formula to percentage as per University norms
Experience Requirement
For B.E. / B.Tech candidates: Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience
For M.E. / M.Tech candidates: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Experience must be in industry or defence laboratory as on 01 February 2026
Experience gained as trainee, fixed-tenure or contractual employee in BEL or other PSUs will not be considered as relevant experience
Pay Scale / CTC
Approximate CTC: ₹15 Lakhs per annum
Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – 3% increment – ₹1,60,000
Age Limit
Upper Age Limit: 32 years as on 01 February 2026
Age Relaxation: Applicable for Ex-Servicemen and other categories as per Government of India guidelines
