Job Opening–Administrative
Assistant (GL-5), Srinagar
Weare looking for a qualified individual for the position of Administrative Assistant located in the United Nations Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP), Srinagar.
Candidate having minimum education of High School Diploma along with at least five (5) years of experience in administrative services is required. The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced to 3 year for candidates who possess First-level university degree or higher.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools such as MS Word, and MS Excel is required. Experience providing support in the areas of calendar management, planning and arranging travelfor field visits to operational settings is desirable. Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools e.g SAP, Umoja is desirable. Experience within the United Nations Common system or comparable international organization is desirable.
