Position: Head of Human Resources
Location: Srinagar, J&K (UT)
Trumboo Industries Pvt. Ltd. Is a leading cement manufacturing company in J&K. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to jain our team and lead our HR initiatives, fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Position Summary:
The Head of Human Resources will lead all HR operations, strategies and activities to ensure they meet our business goals. This role encompasses talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits performance management & complaince with labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge managenment and employee relations by addressing grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and the selection process to attract, retain & develop top talent so as to support current & future business needs of the company..
- Oversee & manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR manager, Head of HR, or other senior HR role.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, business Administration, or relevant field, additional
HR Qualifications are a plus. - In-Depth knowledge of HR best practices and legal compliance.
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and goal oriented.
