Eligibility Criteria
- Engineer (Civil): Full Time B.E/B. Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Engineer (Electrical): Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant Electrical disciplines with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Engineer (Mechanical): Full Time B.E/B. Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Mechanical/Mechanical & Automation Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Engineer (Geology & Geo-Technical): Full Time regular Degree in relevant Geology disciplines with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Engineer (Environment): Full-Time B.E/B. Tech with M. Tech in Environment Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Engineer (Mining): Full Time degree in Mining Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks and Valid First-Class Manager’s Certificate in Coal from DGMS.
- Executive (Human Resource): Full-Time (Regular) MBA with Specialization in HR disciplines with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent qualifications.
- Executive (Finance): CA/CMA qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
- Engineer for Wind Power Projects: Full Time B.E/B. Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant disciplines with a minimum of 60% marks.
Selection Process
- Multi-stage selection process including Application shortlisting/screening, Written/Computer-based test, and Personal Interview.
- If the number of eligible candidates is less than 50 for any post code, the selection process may comprise only Personal Interview.
Compensation Package
- Selected candidates for the post of Engineer/Executive in E-2 Grade will be placed at minimum basic pay of ₹50,000 in the pay scale of ₹50,000-3%-1,60,000 (IDA).
- The probation period will be 1 year.

Interested candidates can apply online through the THDCIL website. A registration fee of ₹600/- is payable by UR/EWS/OBC candidates through online mode. No fee for SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates.
