Key Details
1. Salary and Benefits: Salary, DA, and HRA as per AWES norms.
2. Selection Process:
• Evaluation of teaching skills, computer proficiency, and interviews as per post requirements.

3. Eligibility:
• CTET qualification is mandatory.
• OST-qualified candidates will be given preference, but OST qualification is not mandatory to appear for the interview. However, selected candidates must pass the OST within two years of appointment (minimum 50% overall score).
• Educational qualifications must meet CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws.
4. Special Consideration:
• Army widows and wives of Army personnel boarded out with 100% disability may be considered without CSB and B.Ed., subject to AWES guidelines.
