Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Qualifications:
• Postgraduate degree in General Science/Humanities with a B.Ed (acquired through regular classes) from a recognized university.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in school leadership or administration.
• Proven track record of improving academic outcomes and school performance.
• Retired Government Educationists with the above qualifications may also apply.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
