Note: Consolidated remuneration includes Basic, DA, HRA, Conveyance, Mobile Allowance, etc. Annual remuneration will increase by 4% after completion of every year, subject to project requirements and KRCL discretion.
Other Allowances & Facilities
- Life Insurance: Reimbursement of premium up to Rs. 500/- per month from recognized insurance companies (on production of original receipt).
- Health Benefits:
- Medical Allowance of Rs. 500/- per month for OPD expenditure.
- Reimbursement of health policy premium up to Rs. 500/- per month (on production of original receipt).
- Travel Allowance (TA): As per KRCL policy rates whenever candidates are required to travel for official work beyond the project area.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Indian citizens only.
- Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical/Electrical) from recognized institutions. Detailed qualifications and experience requirements will be specified in the full notification.
- Age Limit: As per KRCL norms (with relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/EWS as per Government rules).
Contract Terms
- Tenure: Initial period of one year, extendable based on project requirements.
- Nature of Engagement: Fixed term contract basis; does not confer permanent employment rights.
- Performance Review: Continuation subject to satisfactory performance and project needs.
