Mode of Hiring: Walk-in-Interview (Adhoc)
Walk-in-Interview Details:
• Schedule: Every Wednesday (except holidays) until all vacancies are filled
• Reporting Time: Between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM
• Venue: Office of the Medical Director, Dr. BSA Hospital, Rohini, New Delhi
• Registration: Candidates must register online before appearing for the interview. No physical applications will be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
• MBBS with Postgraduate degree/DNB/Diploma in the concerned specialty as per Residency Scheme
• Must be registered with Delhi Medical Council (DMC) on the day of the interview
• Candidates awaiting DMC registration can appear with the application acknowledgment slip but must submit the registration within 7 days if selected
Experience:
• Must not have completed 3 years of Senior Residency in any Govt./Govt. aided institution
• In case of super-specialty branches, preference will be given to candidates with a super-specialty qualification or experience
• If eligible candidates are unavailable, non-PG candidates with 2 years of Govt. hospital experience in the respective branch may be considered
Salary & Tenure:
• Pay Scale: As per 7th CPC guidelines of GNCT of Delhi
• Tenure:
• Initial appointment for 89 days or till a regular candidate joins (whichever is earlier)
• Extendable up to 3 years based on performance and fund availability
• Maximum tenure: 3 years (including past SR experience in Govt. institutions)
Selection Process:
• Purely merit-based (Interview performance)
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
• The final decision will be made by the Selection Board/Medical Director of BSAH

Important Notes:
• Candidates must report between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM for document verification
• Entry will NOT be allowed after 10:00 AM
• Selected candidates must join within 7 days of the result declaration
• Results will be displayed on the hospital website and notice board (no personal communication will be sent)
