Applications are invited for the appointment of the following positions on a contractual basis in Jammu Smart City Limited (JSCL) to be stationed in Jammu City. The engagement of services will be purely on a contractual basis initially for a period of one year with a provision for extension up to the project period with extension of one year each time. Details including remuneration, type of engagement, and other terms and conditions are given below:

INR 1.05 Lacs/month (inclusive of all taxes)
Qualifications:
Graduate (B.Tech/BE) in Electrical/Computer Science from a recognized University. Post-Graduate (ME/M.Tech) in Urban Transport is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 12 years in the relevant field, with experience in managing large and complex operations systems and transit operations.
Key Skills Required:
- Demonstrate working knowledge of transit operations and related safety management principles.
- Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations related to transport management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and TMS (Transport Management System) software modules.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets, strategic planning, and employee development.
Terms and Conditions:
- All assignments are purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and individual performance.
- The candidate shall be posted in Jammu City, and working hours will be from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
- The candidate’s service can be terminated by JSCL with 1 month’s notice or with remittance of one month’s pay in lieu thereof.
- The candidate must provide an undertaking to abide by the HR Policy of JSCL and other policies and procedures of the company.
- The candidate must submit a declaration of no charges/convictions by any court and that they have not been dismissed/removed/compulsorily retired from any public/private sector undertaking or government department.
- The candidate must not make any claim for further extension/absorption in JSCL or J&K Government.

Additional Information:
- Selected candidates may need to work beyond office hours and may be called on holidays with subsequent off days provided.
