🏫 Training Academy: Cadet Training Wing (CTW) & Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun
⏳ Training Duration: 4 Years (3+1 Years)
🎓 Degree Awarded: Engineering Degree
💰 Stipend During Training: ₹56,100/- per month (while at IMA)
🧑✈️ Rank After Training: Lieutenant
💼 Salary After Commissioning: ₹17-18 Lakh per annum (Level 10 Pay Matrix, excluding free medical cover & travel benefits)
