About the Role:
BQE Software is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all employee-related matters. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, maintaining positive employee relations, ensuring proper employee onboarding and offboarding, and enforcing company policies. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract the best talent.
• Manage the complete recruitment process, from job advertising to sending offer letters.
• Oversee onboarding and new employee orientation.
• Maintain a resume database and recruitment tracker.
2. Employee Relations:
• Promote a positive work culture and maintain open communication.
• Regularly interact with employees to ensure job satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve issues.
3. Employee Performance Management:
• Design and implement performance evaluation strategies.
• Train supervisors on conducting performance reviews.
• Manage bi-annual or annual performance evaluations in coordination with managers.
4. Training & Skill Upgradation:
• Oversee the training process for new hires.
• Schedule training programs and evaluations.
• Organize skill upgradation seminars for existing employees.Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resource Management from a reputed university.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in the IT industry.
• Skills:
• 2+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
