Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

General Manager (HR): Relevant postgraduate qualification in HR/Personnel Management or equivalent.

General Manager (Finance): CA/CMA or MBA (Finance).

General Manager/Senior Manager (RF Systems & Microwave Designs): Engineering in Electronics/Telecommunication or equivalent.

Senior Manager (HR): Postgraduate qualification in HR/Personnel Management or equivalent.

Senior Manager (Law): Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).

Experience: Relevant post-qualification experience as specified for each position.

Job Responsibilities

General Manager (HR): Lead HR operations, policy formulation, recruitment, grievance redressal, CSR, training, and performance management.

General Manager (Finance): Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and auditing processes.

General Manager/Senior Manager (RF Systems): Design and develop RF systems, focusing on innovation and optimization.

Senior Manager (Law): Handle legal matters, compliance, and advisory services for the organization.
