Faculty
Age: Minimum 22 years and maximum 40 years
Eligibility: Graduation (any stream), preference for MSW/MA in Rural Development, Sociology, or Psychology
Posts: 1
Salary: ₹30,000 per month with an annual performance incentive of ₹2,000 based on satisfactory review
Watchman cum Gardener
Age: Minimum 22 years and maximum 40 years
Eligibility: 7th Pass
Posts: 1
Salary: ₹12,000 per month with an annual performance incentive of ₹800 based on satisfactory review

Terms and Conditions
The appointment will be on a contract basis for three years. Renewal may be considered at the bank’s sole discretion based on performance. The decision of the bank will be final.
