Application Fee

• Amount: Rs. 500 (non‑refundable)
• Applicability:
• Charged to candidates falling under UR, EWS, and OBC categories.
• Exempted for candidates from SC, ST, PwBDs categories and women candidates.
• Payment Mode: Through the online payment gateway using Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI.

Application Process

1. Online Application:

• Interested candidates must register and complete the electronic application form on the portal: www.bhu.ac.in/rac.

1. Submission of Hard Copy:

• After online submission, download the completed application form along with all supporting enclosures.
• Send the hard copy by Registered/Speed Post to:

Note: Online submission is mandatory; failure to submit the physical copies within the specified time will render the application ineligible.

Essential Qualification & Skill Test

• Qualification:
• A Second Class Graduate (or equivalent) with at least six months of training on the use of computers for Office Automation, Bookkeeping, and Word Processing from a certified institution; OR
• A Second Class Graduate with a Diploma in Computer issued by an AICTE recognized institution.
• Skill Test:
• A computer typing test will be conducted as a qualifying criterion.
• Minimum Speed Requirement:
  • 30 words per minute in English OR
  • 25 words per minute in Hindi.
