Eligibility Criteria

• Officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territories, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies
• Holding analogous post in the stenographic cadre (Level-8) on regular basis
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of application

General Conditions

• Initial deputation tenure: 3 years (extendable up to 5 years)
• Terms governed by DoP&T OM dated 17.06.2010 and amendments
• Applications must be routed through Cadre Controlling Authority
• Include cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, CV, penalty history (last 10 years), and CR dossiers (last 5 years)
• Substantive post and pay details (6th & 7th CPC) must be clearly mentioned
• Requests for absorption will not be entertained
