Position Details
1. Young Professional (Various Functions of the Commission)
• Number of Posts: 03 (Three)
• Method of Recruitment: Contract-based through open market
• Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as of the advertisement publication date
• Period of Contract:
• Initially for one year
• May be extended for one additional year based on performance and conduct
• No further extensions will be granted
• Remuneration: ₹60,000–70,000 per month (consolidated)
• Educational Qualifications:
• Essential: Master’s Degree with a minimum of 60% (First Division) from a recognized university
• Desirable: Doctorate (PhD) from a recognized university
• Experience:
• Minimum of one year in a relevant field or a similar position
• Sound domain knowledge in education, higher education, policy, planning, management, administration, or related social domains
• Additional Desirable Skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
