Introduction
Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant (CFP), a unit of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), a Maharatna Company, invites applications from interested and eligible qualified nurses to undertake the “Proficiency Training” in Occupational Health Centre (OHS) and CFP Dispensary and OHS under the M&HS department.

Eligibility Criteria
- Upper Age Limit (as on 07-03-2025): 30 years (Relaxation in upper age limit by 3 years for OBC-NCL and 5 years for SC & ST candidates)
- Qualification (as on 07-03-2025): Relevant qualifications as mentioned in the above table.
Training Details
- Number of Proficiency Trainees: 06
- Duration: 18 months
- Daily Working Hours: 8 hrs shift – One day off per week
- Stipend: Rs. 10,000/- per month plus Knowledge Enhancement Allowance per month (Maximum up to Rs.7020/- linked to attendance)
- Accommodation: Shared accommodation subject to availability
- Medical Facility: For self at CFP Dispensary and OHS only during training
- Leave: 7 Days of casual leave and closed holidays (or Compensatory off) for National Holidays during the training period.
