Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (as per post)
  • Experience: Required for some posts (e.g., MES, BRO)
  • Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026):
    • Up to 30 years for most posts
    • Up to 32 years for CPWD & CWC
    • Age relaxation as per Govt. norms

Application Fee

  • General/OBC/EWS: ₹100
  • SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women: Exempted

Selection Process

  1. Paper-I (CBT): General Intelligence, General Awareness, and Engineering discipline (200 marks)
  2. Paper-II (CBT): Technical Subject (300 marks)

Note

  • Experience must be post-qualification only
  • Open and Distance Learning (ODL) degrees in engineering are not valid (except IGNOU B.Tech up to 2009–10)
  • Internships/training during study are not counted as experience
