Positions Available:
Trainee Analyst (Chemistry) – 03 positions.
A panel will also be prepared for future trainee requirements.

This recruitment is exclusively for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates.
Stipend:
Rs. 20,000 per month.
Training Location:
Quality Evaluation Laboratory (QEL), Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu.
Selection Method:
Walk-in test.
Age Limit:
Candidates must not exceed 30 years of age as on the date of the walk-in test.
Tenure of Training:
The training duration is one year, extendable by one more year based on performance.
Leave Eligibility:
One day of leave per month during the training period.
Qualification Required:
Trainee Analyst (Chemistry):
Essential:
• Bachelor of Science degree with Chemistry as one of the subjects (applicable for triple major systems only), or
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from a recognized university/institute or equivalent.
Note:
Candidates who have completed training in any office of the Spices Board are not eligible to apply.
Subject of Training:
Trainee Analyst (Chemistry): Training will involve chemical analysis of spices and spice products.
