Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Sr. Manager (Ports & Waterways): Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering & Management / Ocean Structures / Structural Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of professional experience in structural and marine engineering design, with at least 5 years in design, analysis, and detailing of marine/coastal structures (quay walls, jetties, dolphins, breakwaters, berthing structures, dry docks, slipways, ship lifts, etc.). Candidates from Govt./PSU/Autonomous bodies must have 8 years total experience and at least 2 years in IDA pay scale ₹50,000–1,60,000 or CDA Level-9 (7th CPC).
- Manager (Ports & Waterways): Master’s Degree in relevant engineering discipline with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in marine/structural engineering projects.
- Manager (Coastal Modelling): Master’s Degree in Coastal/Marine Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in coastal modelling, simulation, and design of marine structures.
- Assistant Manager (Port Planning): Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil/Marine Engineering with minimum 2 years experience in port planning and infrastructure projects.
