Eligibility Criteria
• Flying Branch:
• Age: 20 to 24 years (Born between 02 January 2002 to 01 January 2006).
• Age relaxation for candidates holding a valid Commercial Pilot License (issued by DGCA India) up to 26 years.
• Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical):
• Age: 20 to 26 years (Born between 02 January 2000 to 01 January 2006).
Educational Qualifications
• Flying Branch: Bachelor’s degree (minimum 60%) and passed Mathematics and Physics at 10+2 level.
• Ground Duty (Technical): BE/B.Tech with a minimum of 60% in relevant disciplines.
• Ground Duty (Non-Technical): Graduation/Post Graduation in relevant disciplines.
Training Details
• Location: Air Force Academy, Dundigal (Hyderabad).
• Duration:
• Flying/Ground Duty (Technical): 62 weeks.
• Ground Duty (Non-Technical): 52 weeks.

Selection Procedure
• Written Test (AFCAT) for Flying and Ground Duty branches.

Compensation
• Pay on Commissioning: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 (as per 7th CPC).
• Stipend During Training: ₹56,100 per month.
• Additional allowances based on duties and location.
