Position Details
Name of the Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Emoluments: ₹37,000/- + 9% HRA per month
Age Limit: Below 35 years (Relaxable up to 40 years for SC/ST and Women candidates)
Duration: Purely contractual and co-terminus with the project
Essential Qualifications
• Educational Background:
• M.Tech./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Processing and Food Engineering, or Post-Harvest Management.
• Candidates must have a 4-year degree at graduation level in one of the following fields:
• B.Sc. Agriculture and allied subjects
• B.Tech. Food Technology
• Agricultural Engineering
• B.Sc. Food Technology
• Additional Requirements:
• Must have qualified NET/GATE or equivalent accredited tests, or hold a Ph.D. in a relevant field.
• Non-NET/GATE/Ph.D. candidates may also apply and will be considered as per the funding agency’s rules.
