Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
• A Law Degree from a recognized Indian university.
• Must pass the Gujarati language proficiency test (Exempted if studied Gujarati in SSC or HSC).
Experience Requirement:
• Should be practicing as an Advocate in Civil and/or Criminal Courts on the last date of application.
• Candidates who obtained a Law Degree from 2009-10 onwards must have passed the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
Age Limit:
• As per the Gujarat State Judicial Service Rules, 2005 (Relaxations applicable as per rules).
PwBD Reservation:
• Low vision (below 50% impairment).
• Hard of hearing (below 50 decibels in both ears).
• Locomotor disability (including acid attack victims, leprosy cured, dwarfism, and muscular dystrophy).

2. Gujarati Language Test (For candidates without SSC/HSC in Gujarati)
3. Main Written Examination
4. Viva-Voce (Oral Interview)
