• Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), MBA, or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from a recognized institution.
• 23 years of executive-level experience, with at least 1 year in the ₹1,20,000-₹2,80,000 scale or equivalent.
• Desirable: Company Secretary (CS) or Law Degree.

2. General Manager (Finance & Accounts / Investor Relations) – E-8 Level

• Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), MBA, or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from a recognized institution.
• 20 years of executive-level experience, with at least 1 year in the ₹1,00,000-₹2,60,000 scale or equivalent.
• Desirable: Company Secretary (CS) or Law Degree.

3. Additional General Manager (Finance & Accounts) – E-7 Level
• Pay Scale: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000

• Eligibility:
• Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), MBA, or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from a recognized institution.
• 17 years of executive-level experience, with at least 1 year in the ₹90,000-₹2,40,000 scale or equivalent.
• Maximum Age: 48 years.
Key Responsibilities
• Management of finance, accounts, audit, and budgets.
• Handling asset and liability management, treasury operations, taxation, and compliance.
• Raising resources via capital markets (e.g., QIP mode, bonds).
• Risk management and strengthening internal control systems.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, IFRS, and Indian GAAP.
