ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE

The applicants are directed to visit the official website of this institu- tion http://iggdcj.edu.in for completion/submission of their applica- tion form. The detailed instructions for filling up of online form and mode of payment is given in the link provided above. The link will be available from 06.08.2023 to 19.08.2023 upto 04:00 PM. For in-serv- ice /PSC Dental Surgeons need to take printout of filled application form and route it through proper channel to the office of the Principal, Indira Gandhi Govt. Dental College, Jammu. On or before 19.08.2023 upto 4:00PM

Qualification:

The post graduate qualification of MDS shall be mandatorily required as per the eligible criteria for the post.

CONDITIONS AND ELIGIBILITY

1. Incomplete application form(s) not attached with relevant certifi- cates shall be rejected without further communication.

a. For in-service (PSC) candidates:

a) The In-service Dental Surgeon shall be paid salary as per their LPC.

b) The In-service Dental Surgeon shall be allowed to participate in the selection process only with the prior permission of the Administrative Department viz. Health & Medical Education Department, J&K (UT). The candidate route their application forms through Administrative Department. The candidates shall be gov- erned by Govt Order No. 282-JK(HME) of 2023 dated 04.04.2023 b. For candidates who are not in Govt. Service (Non-PSC candi- dates).

a) The Non-PSC candidates shall be engaged on Academic Arrangement Basis as per terms and conditions of S.O.364 dated 27.11.2020 read with Govt Order No. 282-JK(HME) of 2023 dated 04.04.2023 and is entitled for salary as applicable under S.O-364 dated 27.11.2020.

b) The maximum age of the candidate at the time of submission of application should be 50 years as per S.O-364 dated 27.11.2020.

c. General Condition of eligibility for all candidates:-

a) The candidates who were earlier appointed as Registrar in Dental College/Medical College but have left the job before completing tenure need not to apply.

b) Those candidates who have already completed their tenure as Registrar in above discipline in Dental College/Medical College need not to apply and their application forms shall not be considered.

c) The applications should be accompanied with an affidavit duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate, declaring that the applicant has not done Registrarship/Demonstratorship/Tutorship earlier within or outside the UT (J&k) in above concerned discipline.

d) A passport size photograph should be pasted at the appropriate place on the application form.

d. The application forms should be accompanied with self- attested copies of the following documents/testimonials:

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS/TESTIMONIALS:

1. BDS Degree from DCI recognized College & University.

2. Internship completion certificate.

3. Attempt certificate issued by the Head of Institution/University.

4. Marks card of all years of BDS.

5. MDS Degree from DCI recognized College & University (Mandatory).

6. Best outgoing student in each year (1st , 2nd , 3rd and 4th ) in University professional examination.

7. Overall 1st , 2nd and 3rd position in University professional exam- ination.

8. Distinction if any subject in University professional examination. 9. 1st , 2nd and 3rd Position in any subject in University profession- al examination.

10. Paper presentation,Poster presentation in National/International conference.

11. Best paper Award, best poster award and Best video presenta- tion.

12. Registration Certificate with renewal issued by State Dental Council.

13. Date of Birth certificate.

14. A copy of Aadhar Card.

15. Domicile certificate/proof.

16. A passport size photograph should be pasted at the appropriate place on the application form.

17. Affidavit duly attested by the 1St Class Magistrate declaring that the applicant has not done Registrarship/ Demonstratorship/ Tutorship in the earlier within or outside the UT(J&K) in concerned discipline.

18. NOC form Administrative Department Health & Medical Education in case of in-service candidate.

19. PSC candidates if selected will be permitted to join after furnish- ing relieving from Administrative Department.

The selection of the candidate will be made in accordance with the orders issued by the Government for the purpose.

The engagement of the doctors as Registrar shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:-

1. Tenure appointment shall be subject to work and conduct of the doctors in the College/Hospital remaining satisfactory during his/her tenure. In case of misconduct or negligence in duties or found indulging in strike or any other activity which affects the hospital serv- ices/patient care, the tenure engagement of doctor shall be terminat- ed without any notice.

2. The selected candidate shall be whole timer and shall not engage himself/herself in private practice and in lieu of the loss of practice he/she shall be entitled to non- practicing allowance as admissible under rules. In the event of found resorting to private practice, their engagement will be terminated without any notice and disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.

3. The selected candidate shall submit an undertaking duly sworn in before the 1st Class Magistrate to the effect that he/she has read all the terms and conditions and shall abide the same before he/she is allowed to join after engagement.

Note:- The candidate are advised to go through the S.O 364 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020 and Govt Order No. 282-JK(HME) of 2023 dated 04.04.2023 (Annexure “D”) uploaded on the website of this Institution before submitting their application form.
