Position: Counsellor Educator
Location: Sopore, Kashmir (Preference for candidates from Sopore)
Contract Duration: 7 Months (Leave Cover)

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide counseling sessions for patients and families.
• Conduct psycho-educational and psychosocial sessions.
• Support community-based mental health initiatives.
• Maintain and update patient records.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Actively collaborate with MSF and external partners.
Requirements:
• Education: Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in mental health counseling (DWBI/NGO experience preferred).
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Kashmiri, and Urdu.
Salary and Benefits:
• Monthly Gross Salary: INR 36,540/-
