ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE
Applications are invited from the permanent residents of the District Bandipora for working as Jan Aushadhi Store Man- ager in the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendras (PMBJAKs) in the premises of Medical Block Bandipora viz PHC Chuntimulla and PHC Ashtingoo. The arrangement is purely on temporary basis for a period of three years on performance basis and shall not confer any right for his or her for permanent absorption /regularization in the department and can be discontinued at any time without further notice. The eligibility criteria is given as under:
- The Candidate shall be pharmacist/retired pharmacist, registered with J&K Pharmacy council, Preference shall be given to the candidates having Diploma in Pharmacy or higher related qualification from recognized institute.
- His/her age shall not be more than 40 years and the age of retired pharmacist shall not be the more than 65 years as on date of publication of this notification.
- He/she shall have working knowledge of operating computer for billing purpose.
- He/she shall be unemployed for which he/she has to give an undertaking to this effect on stamp paper duly attested by 1st class judicial magistrate.
- NOC from District industries centre and District Employment officer.
- The selected candidates shall have to work in Pradhan Mantri Bhartya, Jan Aushadi Kendra (PMBJK) on profit sharing basis equivalent to 7.5% of MRP on each drug, no fixed honorarium shall be paid.
- The interested candidates shall submit their application on the enclosed Performa along with the following documents in the office of Chief Medical Officer Bandipora within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice.
- Certificate of pharmacist registered with J&K Pharmacy council or Diploma in Pharmacy or Higher qualification in Phar-
macy. - DOB Proof.
- Marks certificate of Diploma in pharmacy, or higher qualification in pharmacy.
- Domicile certificate.
- Undertaking duly attested by 1st class judicial magistrate to the effect that he/she is unemployed and shall not daim for permanent absorption/regularization in the department against any post.
