Key Responsibilities
• Innovation: Lead RBIH to become a global center of excellence for digital public goods using cutting-edge technologies.
• Leadership: Define and execute a visionary strategy aligned with RBIH’s goals and strategic direction.
• Organizational Excellence: Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring efficient operations, fiscal prudence, and compliance.
• Research and Execution: Oversee key innovation projects, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
• Consumer Protection and Inclusion: Prioritize financial inclusion and consumer protection in all initiatives.
• Ecosystem Connect: Establish partnerships with startups, banks, academia, and government entities.
• Public Engagement: Influence stakeholders and foster collaborations across sectors.
• Program Development: Incubate and accelerate projects within the fintech ecosystem.
Desired Experience
• Indian citizen with 15+ years of experience in finance, payments, technology, and inclusion.
• Familiarity with frontier technologies and responsible innovation.
• Visionary leadership in organizational building and project management.
• Deep understanding of innovation ecosystems and global trends.
Education and Skills
• Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
