BSF invites applications from male and female candidates against 549 vacancies in the following sports disciplines:

Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Indian citizens (Male & Female).
- Age Limit: 18 to 23 years (as per BSF rules, relaxations applicable for SC/ST/OBC categories).
- Educational Qualification: Matriculation/10th Pass from a recognized board.
- Sports Achievement: Candidates must have represented at National/International level or achieved medals/certificates in recognized sports competitions.

Selection Process
- Scrutiny of applications and verification of sports achievements.
- Physical Standards Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
- Medical Examination.
- Final merit list based on sports performance and BSF recruitment norms.
